Well designed UX and UI of an app are very important from a business point of view. They influence the retention rate. If your apps’ user experience will be enjoyable, and the design of the app will create a positive impression on its users, they will love it, and use it.

So what’s the difference between UX an UI od an app?

UX (User Experience) is how an app works

UI (User Interface) is how it looks

Put simply, UX Design process consists of three phases – creating User Journey Map, Wireframes and Clickable Prototype.

Designing UI is a final step and it covers creating app’s mockups and animations (motion design). So designing UI means shaping the look & feel of your product.
