We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements being supported by the Key Account Manager on a daily basis.

We expect you to build strong relationships with strategic customers and identify their needs, and requirements promoting our company’s solutions. Achieving mutual satisfaction is one of the factors of the Account Manager role at Droids On Roids. Nevertheless, the main goal of your role is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Your growth opportunities:

  • Being strongly involved in projects and supporting their current development processes through frequent participation in following meetings: review, retro or planning 
  • Conducting 1on1 meetings with clients tightening relationships at the same time
  • Getting a closer look at budget planning supervision and business strategy 
  • Implementing follow-up process and maintaining relationships with former clients after completing projects
  • Specifying up-selling and cross-selling processes

You will be:

  • Developing and maintaining trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Ensuring high-quality, rich customer experiences at every step of the journey
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serving as the link of communication between key customers and development teams
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust on the team/ client/ budget level 
  • Playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Interviewing periodically on budget and team availability/needs (usually every two weeks)
  • Supporting projects’ Product Owners in budget decisions 
  • Negotiating terms of cooperation in ongoing projects 
  • Carrying out activities leading to cross-selling and up-selling
  • Managing the customer satisfaction survey system and the system for implementing appropriate changes to increase this satisfaction (Customer Success)
  • Creating sales opportunities in referrals and partnership channel

We want you on board if you have:

  • Proven experience as Account Manager or similar position in IT Industry (at least 1 year)
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with professionals on all organizational levels
  • Great organizational skills juggling multiple tasks 
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Polish and English speaking proficiency
