The Administration Team at Droids On Roids is looking for another missing part – an Administration Specialist. There are three totally different personalities working on a common team goal – you may be the fourth 🙂

Meet Krzysztof (Head of Administration), Agata (Administration Specialist) and Ola (Corporate Lawyer), who support the team of over 60 people at Droids On Roids on a daily basis.

You wonder how they manage to do that? We are an Agile company, which means both delivery and back-office teams align with the methodology. The Administration Team works in weekly sprints using Jira and story points to follow their increasing number of daily deeds. Slack, Trello and Confluence also come in handy when working at Droids On Roids. 


Your daily responsibilities: 

  • Accounting documents assignment & working with various documents
  • Updating files related to settlements
  • Coordinating license fees
  • Coordinating & making sure the document circulation is working properly
  • Settling conference, integration & event budgets
  • Keeping records of equipment & preparing equipment statements,
  • Preparing documents and statements for audit purposes
  • Preparing budget statements and analyses

What really matters to us is your:

  • 1 or more years of experience in an administrative position (preferably in IT)
  • Very well spoken & transparent communication
  • Your goal-orientation & proactivity in making things happen
  • Focus on details & precision in performing tasks
  • Willingness to acquire knowledge & develop in the accountancy area
  • Ability to communicate in Polish at a native level
  • Ability to communicate in English very well

Extra points:

  • Experience in working with accountancy tasks
