Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Developer to actively engage customer prospects. Your role will be to bring new business to Droids On Roids by leading potential customers through the sales process from the Discovery call to signing contracts and closing the deal.

If you dream about walking side by side with life-changing entrepreneurs from US and Western Europe and help them transform the world around us, this challenging position is for you. 

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of previous experience in sales at a software company/SaaS company. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal. If you are motivated, results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.



  • Qualifying leads as sales opportunities
  • Present our company to potential clients through the discovery calls
  • Adjust the sales approach and process to client’s need to win the deal 
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
  • Leading the customers through every step of the sales process, from the first call to the signing of the contract
  • Customize services to increase customer satisfaction
  • Report to the Head of Sales on weekly sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends 
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
  • Create a positive customer experience by contacting him in a timely manner.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Identify problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services
  • Negotiating terms of the contract with potential clients and closing the deals
  • Continuously improve through feedback 


If you have:

  • Proven work experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role at a software consulting company/SaaS company
  • Understanding of mobile and web technologies that let you talk technical with potential clients (what is native/hybrid app development and when to use it, what is Node.js/React.js etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques 
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive approach making the team perform better
  • High self-motivation and are goal oriented
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1-C2)


Would be nice if you also have:

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Ability to create specific client proposals
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive)
