We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales ready to take over full responsibility for the management of the sales process, Sales Team (currently 6 people), and all the sub-teams involved. Your daily responsibilities may be divided into three areas: sales (acquiring and supporting customers), delivery (cooperating with Head of Delivery on promises given to customers), and after-sales activities (up-selling, cross-selling, etc.).
Minimum 10 000 PLN net + VAT base salary (plus attractive incentive scheme which depends on the achieved results.) *Terms are negotiable according to the individual preferences.
