• Requirements – we need you to have:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in mobile or cross-platform digital products.
  • Ability to coach and mentor other Product Owners and elevate product ownership standards.
  • Proven record of shaping and delivering successful digital products with measurable business impact.
  • Strong strategic product thinking – ability to connect business goals, user needs, and technical capabilities into coherent strategies.
  • Experience creating measurable product goals, outcomes, and hypotheses.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data, insights, and experiments to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills – ability to align, negotiate, and tell compelling product stories.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, backlog management, roadmapping, and delivery coordination.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership skills.
  • Fluent business English

• Nice to have:

  • Background in retail or e-commerce.
  • Experience with pre-sales, client advisory, and product discovery in a service-based environment.

   

• You will be:

  • A principal-level Product Owner responsible for shaping product direction, owning backlog and priorities, supporting key clients and internal teams.
  • A mentor and leader for our Product Owners, helping them grow into outcome-driven product thinkers.
  • A champion of product excellence – ensuring our standards, processes, and practices maximise business value and user impact.
  • A cross-functional partner for Delivery Leaders, Scrum Masters, UX, Tech, and Strategy, ensuring alignment around measurable outcomes.
  • A trusted partner to clients, helping them make informed, data-driven product decisions.
  • A role model for ownership, accountability, transparency, and a value-oriented mindset.

• Responsibilties:

  • Ensure product development aligns with the product vision and business goals by actively owning priorities and delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to build and maintain value-driven roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Promote outcome-oriented product practices, data-driven decision-making, and hypothesis validation.
  • Ensure effective delivery by supporting agile processes, release planning, and continuous improvement based on insights and user data.
  • Lead discovery workshops and guide stakeholders toward informed, strategic product decisions.
  • Define and elevate product ownership standards while mentoring Product Owners and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Drive alignment across UX, Tech, Strategy, and Delivery to ensure consistent value delivery and business impact.
