We’re looking for an iOS Developer to join our Mobile team and help build high-quality digital products for clients from around the world.

At Droids On Roids, you’ll work on long-term projects across different industries, collaborating with experienced engineers, designers, QA specialists and Product Owners. You’ll become part of Mobile Team and a cross-functional product team.

We work in Scrum, but we treat it as a framework – not a rigid set of rules. We adapt our processes to each project’s needs and focus on delivering value rather than following ceremonies for their own sake.

Our culture is based on trust, transparency and direct communication. We encourage knowledge sharing through regular competence meetings, technical discussions and cross-team collaboration.

  • You will be

    • Designing, building, and maintaining native iOS applications
    • Collaborating closely with iOS, Android, Web, QA, Design, and Product teams
    • Taking part in technical discussions and architectural decisions
    • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
    • Participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge with the team
    • Exploring new technologies and helping improve engineering standards
  • We want you on board if you have

    • 3+ years of commercial experience in iOS development
    • Strong knowledge of Swift
    • Experience building native iOS applications
    • Experience with SwiftUI
    • Knowledge of MVVM, MVP architectures
    • Experience in a client-facing role as an Software Engineer
    • Understanding of software architecture and clean code principles
    • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
    • Very good written and spoken English
    • Good written and spoken Polish
  • Would be nice if you also have

    • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
    • Experience with Unit, UI or Snapshot testing
    • Familiarity with SOLID principles
    • Experience with CI/CD (e.g. Codemagic, Bitrise, Fastlane)
    • Knowledge of reactive programming (Combine or RxSwift)
    • Contributions to open-source projects
