We’re Droids On Roids, a team of digital product creators and consultants based in Wrocław, Poland – a buzzing tech hub right in the heart of Europe. Since 2011, we’ve been transforming ideas into innovative, functional solutions for businesses around the globe.

  • Wojciech shapes the company’s strategy and operations. Starting as a software developer in 2005, he has a deep technical foundation and a passion for building digital products with global impact. Recognized in Forbes Poland’s “30 Under 30” in 2017, Wojciech led the company to be listed twice among Deloitte’s “50 Fastest Growing Companies in CEE.” Under his guidance, Droids On Roids became one of the world's top ten mobile development companies. He also serves as a board member of the Polish chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization.

  • As Head of People, Natalia believes that the key to a thriving company is a happy, supported team. With a strong focus on personal growth and a collaborative work environment, she makes sure everyone feels valued. Outside of work, she recharges with her favorite cup of coffee, always on the hunt for new dining spots to explore. When she’s not savoring culinary experiences, you can find her at her sewing machine, crafting and unwinding in her creative space. For her, people always come first, both in the office and beyond.

  • For the past 10 years at Droids On Roids, Marta has been the go-to person for turning chaos into order. Starting as a Scrum Master, she helped steer the ship into the agile world, later taking the helm as Scrum Masters Lead and then becoming Head of Delivery. In her current position, Marta oversees the smooth delivery of projects, ensuring everything runs on track and meets client expectations. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring psychology, having great conversations, not doing much in her garden, and getting lost in sci-fi worlds.

  • Piotr leads growth at Droids On Roids, always on the lookout for new business opportunities, building solid relationships with clients, and finding innovative ways to scale. With a background in global ad agencies and top IT companies, he’s got a sharp eye for e-commerce and digital transformation. Piotr thrives on working directly with clients, helping them grow – from local stars to global giants. When he's not making things grow at work, you’ll find him on his bike or enjoying a perfectly brewed coffee.

Along with providing financial support to orphanages, hospices, Christmas dinners for the elderly, and summer camps for children, we also share our expertise with other organizations or dedicate our time to crafting special gifts for those in need. See some examples of projects we are involved in.

  • ITCORNER

    For the past 9 years, we’ve been active members of ITCORNER, an association that brings together leaders of the Polish IT scene. The organization connects around 100 companies and 300 members, aiming to build and develop a community that supports tech leaders in achieving their goals through knowledge, inspiration, and connections. In 2024, Tomasz Muter, our founder and vice president, was elected president of ITCORNER.

  • Tech to the rescue

    Tech to the Rescue is a nonprofit organization matching tech companies with ambitious nonprofits to boost their causes with technology. We’re proud to be part of this initiative. Here are some of the ways we’ve helped:

    • We supported a fundraiser to provide learning equipment for digitally excluded children.
    • We shared our knowledge and experience in the UX area with the Hakersi organization (see the case study).

  • Noble box

    For the past seven years, we’ve taken part in the “Szlachetna Paczka” (“Noble Box”) project, where we support families facing tough financial and personal challenges. It’s not just about buying essentials like food, cleaning supplies, furniture, or electronics; we also make sure to fulfill their special gift wishes and attach heartfelt handwritten cards.

Meetups, meetups
everywhere!

We’re passionate about what we do and love sharing knowledge with the community. We’ve hosted hundreds of events for mobile developers, designers, and QA engineers.

  • Fluttered is a meetup for Flutter developers and enthusiasts. Held three times a year, it's one of the first events of its kind in Lower Silesia. Each meeting includes 2-3 talks by leading experts from across Poland, coupled with audience discussions. At the end, we integrate during the afterparty. Attendance is free.

  • 30 meetups, around 1,500 attendees, 60 talks, and countless new connections! That’s how we can summarize letSwift – an iOS Developers Meetup, which we have been organizing since 2016. Happening three times a year in Wrocław, it's one of the largest of its kind in Poland and the biggest in Lower Silesia. Each event features two talks followed by a discussion with the audience and ends with networking at an afterparty. Attendance is free.
