Are you ready for new challenges? We are looking for a passionate Senior UX Researcher to join our innovative team and help shape the future of digital experiences across various fields including e-commerce, IoT, FinTech, and healthcare.
We are looking for a person who not only has a deep knowledge of user experience, but also has the ability to build lasting relationships with our clients and succeed in the business aspect.
You will be working independently on a daily basis, having the full support of the UX Researchers Team and Product Teams. UX Researchers goal at Droids On Roids is to plan, conduct research and discovery to improve the user experience of the products.
We work directly with the Clients from the moment they contact us for the first time, and we stay with them throughout the product. The agile approach is a framework and not a process for us, so we value the fact that we can adapt it to our needs.
What’s also important, you’ll be part of the Solution Architects Team – that’s our multi-skill team that works on clients acquisition and helps to discover products from the first meeting.

- Be part of the Product Team: Actively participate in team meetings, asking insightful questions and looking for product upgrades.
- Be part of the Solution Architects’ Team: Show the importance of UX research during product life and ask questions that lead to user-friendly products.
- Design research plans: Use various research methods to plan and conduct unbiased studies that align with product strategy and goals.
- Taking end-to-end ownership over research: conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
- Communication with Clients: Show clients the benefits of UX research, ensuring they understand its value. Empathize with clients’ needs.
- Provide Feedback: Be open to feedback and provide feedback, suggest ways we can do better.
- Support Droids on Roids in Research: Apply research skills to HR, delivery, sales, and other departments when needed.
- Learn Continuously: Stay updated with industry trends, continue learning and training.
