Are you up for a new challenge? Our Product Discovery Team is looking for a passionate UX Researcher to participate in creating world-changing applications in different domains (e.g., e-commerce, FinTech, healthcare).

You will be working independently on a daily basis, having the full support of the UX Researchers Team. UX Researcher’s goal at Droids On Roids is to plan, conduct research and discovery to improve the user experience of the products.

We work directly with the Clients from the moment they contact us for the first time, and we want to stay with them throughout the product.

What’s also important, you will cooperate closely with the Solution Architects Team and Product Teams. The agile approach is a framework and not a process for us, so we value the fact that we can adapt it to our needs.

As Droids On Roids, we care about giving you a space to focus on your work always when you need it. We will provide you with the necessary equipment so you can work remotely (MacBook, software, and accessories). You’ll get access to private healthcare (Medicover) and paid days off to recharge whenever you need. With us, you’ll be able to develop your skills by participating in internal workshops, and you’ll be given a recurring training budget to use as you wish. If you live outside of Wrocław and want to relocate, you’ll get 3000 PLN as a relocation bonus. 

We want you onboard if you have:

• 1-2 years of experience as a UX Researcher
• Practical knowledge of research methods (quantitative and qualitative)
• Ability to choose research methods for the given problem
• Analytical-thinking skills mixed with the capability to present your research results in clear and attractive ways
• Experience in cooperating with the development teams while implementing the results of users feedback
• Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish
• Planning, prioritization, and self-organization skills 
• Empathy so you can understand the clients’ and users’ need

Extra points for:

• Knowledge of tools for conducting research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and creating surveys, like Google Analytics, Firebase, Smartlook, Hotjar, Figma, Sketch, AI research tools, SurveyMonkey etc.
• Experience in design
• Interest in the mobile app trends

Here are a few challenges for you:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including desk research, in-depth interviews, surveys, UX audit, competition analysis
• Designing experiments to verify product hypotheses
• Defining and verifying product goals and metrics
• Creating conclusions and recommendations based on research
• Creating clear reports on research and analysis
• Performing usability tests
• Recruiting users for research purposes 
• Improving our Clients’ experience of building successful products with us
• Exploring the latest UX trends

 Recruitment process:
