Who you’ll meet

Here’s who’s taking the stage:

  • Emma Collins – Head of Digital Loyalty & Engagement at Poundland & Dealz

With over 20 years’ experience in digital loyalty, brand engagement, and communications, Emma brings a keen perspective on how retail brands can build meaningful relationships. She’s led digital initiatives at Jaguar Land Rover, npower, and DRPG.

Krzysztof is the driving force behind B2B innovation at Carlsberg Poland. As the creator of the Hoppy app, he knows how to use mobile technology to strengthen traditional business models and improve the customer experience.

  • Nick Bamber – Chief Digital Officer at Domino’s Pizza Group

Nick is leading the charge to make Domino’s the ‘Netflix of pizza’. With a track record at brands including Asda, Missguided, and Betsson Group, he’s focused on using data and personalization to drive app engagement and retention.

Mike specializes in ecommerce and omnichannel retail, and brings hands-on expertise in how mobile drives customer experience and conversion in a fast-paced retail environment.

As co-founder of Apadmi, Garry has led the agency to success with clients including the BBC, NHS and Vodafone. He’s now leading the company’s European expansion after securing private equity funding – making him an expert in both product innovation and business scale.

Wojciech started in software development and quickly made his mark, being named one of Forbes Poland’s “30 Under 30”. Under his leadership, Droids on Roids has become a trusted technology partner for Carlsberg, CCC, Unilever and Giphy.

With over two decades of experience in digital strategy, Jake leads Apadmi’s marketing efforts and will lead our panel discussion with energy and keen insight.
